J Tomlinson and Riverside Group have made it to the finals of the 2021 NHMF Awards after being shortlisted in the Best Customer Impact category.

This marks the third year in a row that J Tomlinson has made the finals of the prestigious annual NHMF Awards, which celebrate organisations working within the housing sector who have excelled in improving the quality and the efficiency of the services they provide.

J Tomlinson and social housing provider, Riverside, have worked together since 2017, undertaking improvement works across individual properties as well as supported housing, sheltered and retirement living schemes.

A leading provider of building and maintenance services to the social housing sector, J Tomlinson’s Regeneration division specialises in the delivery of kitchen and bathroom replacements, re-roofing works, internal and external decoration, fire safety, aids and adaptations, and energy efficiency upgrades such as window and door replacements.
