Housebuilder Kier Living is urging prospective homebuyers in Derbyshire to take action now to save thousands of pounds on their next home before the Government’s Stamp Duty holiday ends in March.
The tax break, which was announced by the Chancellor back in July, saw the removal of the Stamp Duty Land Tax on all properties priced at £500,000 and below, representing a potential saving for buyers of up to £15,000.
