Guardian Angel Carers Lincoln & Newark has been named Best Home Care Provider in Lincolnshire at the 2025 Business Awards UK.
Andy Smith, who launched Guardian Angel Carers Lincoln & Newark in 2022, commented:

The Business Awards UK recognised the success of the franchise business, which already employs 30 people just three years after launching, but also the proactive role Andy and his team have taken in the community. Whether it is sponsoring local clubs such as Newark Town Football Club, or the Witham St Hughs Colour Run, rewarding their own CareAngels with monthly awards of their own, or attending local events such as the Newark Community Fun Day Positively Empowered Kids, or working in partnership with the Newark Food & Well-being Hub, Andy has, from the beginning, looked to embed the business in the fabric of local life.

Whenever someone contacts us, our ethos is to ask ourselves how we can help them. It’s not about ‘sales’ first and foremost but building our reputation for compassion and friendliness. That support enabled Andy to quickly establish his operation across Lincolnshire, whilst allowing him plenty of autonomy to tailor his home care services for the locality.
