Councillors from Daventry District Council and Northamptonshire County Council were on hand to officially open the new phase of the Bloor Homes development at Buckton Fields.
Judith Shephard from Northamptonshire County Council and John Shephard from Daventry District Council cut the ribbon and then pronounced the Bloor Homes at Buckton Fields development open last weekend.
Commenting on the development, Councillor Judith Shephard, said: “It is a pleasure to open this Bloor Homes development, which brings a range of quality homes to Northampton.
“This has come at a great time for Bloor Homes to deliver a lovely development which hopes to enhance not only the council, but the parish as a whole.”
Buckton Fields is a beautiful collection of detached and semi-detached two, three-and four-bedroom homes.
Jack Costello, Sales Director at Bloor Homes South Midlands, said: “We were delighted to welcome everyone to the launch of our show homes at Buckton Fields.
“It is extremely important for us at Bloor Homes to make a positive addition to the communities in which we are building, so we are really looking forward to welcoming visitors through our show home doors. We are expecting the demand for homes at Buckton Fields to be extremely high as we have already sold through 50% of our initial first releases.”
The houses at Buckton Fields have been thoughtfully designed and crafted for modern living, with big open-plan living spaces and luxurious finishing touches throughout.
Prospective house hunters will now be able to explore the two impressive show homes at the development.
The Harwood is a four-bedroom detached family home with the impressive kitchen/dining/family room which runs the total length of the house. It features French doors open directly out into the garden, making this an ideal space for entertaining and taking family living outdoors.
The upstairs boasts four double bedrooms, with its master bedroom having its own separate ensuite shower room finished with contemporary Roca sanitary ware.
The Wyatt is another four-bedroom detached family home with the inviting open plan kitchen/dining and living space becoming the heart of this home. It has carefully placed French doors and windows that make the most of the natural light at every angle.
It is also evident in both of the stunning show homes that all the living spaces have been designed with thought, as there is a sense of calm and space throughout.
Homes at the development are available to purchase with Help to Buy, the government backed scheme which is not just for first time buyers; it’s also open to those who have owned an existing home before.
A selection of two, three and four-bedroom homes will be available at Buckton Fields, priced between £235,000 to £435,000, with the sales centre open 7 days a week from 10am -5pm.
The development is situated in the popular area of Northampton. Offering the best of both worlds, prospective buyers will be within an easy commute of the A14, M1 and a train service from Northampton station – which will get you into London Euston within the hour. There is also a choice of nearby shops, supermarkets and plenty of places to eat and drink.
